Yes. A deposit or bond equivalent to four weeks’ rent is required, in line with NSW rental regulations. Your bond will be directly lodged to the Rental Bond Board.

We love all furry companions, our apartments are best suited to cats and dogs. Pet-friendly living is available within our build-to-rent apartments.

Please note that pets are not permitted in co-living apartments.
